Mr Hill was a director of Reed Constructions Australia Pty Ltd and a number of other entities.听He was disqualified from managing corporations for one year commencing on 1 May 2015 after ob体育 found he had failed to exercise his powers and discharge his duties as a director with the degree of care and diligence required.銆赌
